Q : How does ThunderXpay payment gateway work?
A : When clients deposit funds into their trading account in their local currency (THB, MMK, LAK, KHR, etc.), the amount of deposit will be exchanged into USD at the best rate we provide to their target. 

Q : What is a QR code solution?
A : The QR CODE solution is one of the easiest and most popular payment methods in Southeast Asia, in which clients can use their mobile banking to scan the dynamic QR Code to pay for their product in a few steps.

Q : Do you accept withdrawal transactions from clients, who never deposited via ThunderXpay before?
A : We are allowed to proceed with withdrawal transactions for clients that have deposited via us only.

Q : Who does ThunderXpay work with?
A : We provide the service to foreign exchange businesses and cryptocurrencies only, and we are not allowed to work with any kind of betting or gambling business. 

Q : Is the client able to withdraw from a different person or name?
A : Due to bank policy, the funds can be transferred only to the person who belongs to the trading account. The bank account name and family name must match each other to avoid mistakenly transferring funds to the wrong person.

Q : Which bank account will be able to receive settlement funds from ThunderXpay?
A : ThunderXpay accepts all bank accounts that are approved by the Bank of Thailand from many countries around the world.

Q : Does ThunderXpay provide any program to let the partner check the details of all transactions? 
A : After integration with ThunderXpay, we will provide a CRM program (Customer Relationship Management) to let our partner check all transaction details via the ThunderXpay system.

A :  ThunderXpay provides the best exchange rate for the investor and is not far different from the local bank, which is able to check a clear rate on every transaction. The real-time exchange rate was under control correctly by The Bank of Thailand.

A :  Due to bank policy, the funds can be transferred only to the person belong to the trading account, the bank account name and family name must match with each other to avoid mistake transferring to the wrong person.

A :  ThunderXpay accepts all bank account that is approved by the Bank of Thailand from many countries around the world.

 

A :  The Partner should have at least 10,000 USD available on their balance to be proceeded to withdraw transactions for their end-user.

A :  After integration with ThunderXpay, we shall provide a CRM program (Customer Relationship Management) to let our partner check all transaction details via the ThunderXpay system.

A :  The partner must add a bank account and fill in the information need to request settlement via CRM, which takes 48 hours to approve, before request settlement. The partner is able to request settlement 2 times per day between 10,000 – 40,000 USD, which will be proceeded within 5 – 7 days on a working day only, and settlement as USDT is acceptable, which will take the same process as settlement, but take only 4 – 5 days to be approved.
